Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk memohon jawatan di IREMCO Sdn Bhd sebagai :-

1. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of company accounts including maintaining and administering all General Accounting functions, Accounts Receivables/Payables and Fixed Assets.
• Update and reconcile Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts schedules.
• Assist in the month end closing process ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• To handle daily accounting and book-keeping duties.
• Monitor payment terms and prepare payment via cheques.
• Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, secretary and etc.
• General administrative work inclusive preparing payment vouchers, filing and maintaining proper accounting records and generate reports.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when is required by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Handling of UBS Accounting software and MS Office.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Candidate must be self initiated, systematic, analytical, meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
