Human Resource Executive (Training)
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop programs for talent pool candidate and successor plan
• To have in place a Knowledge Based Management System, and execute mentoring/ shadow program
• Identify training and development needs within the organisation through Training Needs Analysis and develop a list of training to be conducted in current year
• Monitor and review staff progress through discussion and various other effective means
• Implement HR Strategies and human capital management
• Assume the role of Corporate Executive representative

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in related position
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people

- At least hold Diploma or Degree in Social Science / Security Industry / Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Marketing / Business Studies / Economics
- Pass Bahasa Malaysia and English in SPM or STPM
- Candidates who joined Royal Malaysia Police Cadet (SUKSIS) or Malaysian Armed Forces Cadet (PALAPES) are added advantege
