Responsibilities:

• Deliver commercial Key Performance Index
• Create profitable customer-driven ranges and promotions to deliver sales and margin targets
• Manage group of products to support the delivery of company customer plans and promises
• Select the range of products to be sold in a given department
• Implement key Tesco processes, i.e. Price/Service Level
• Deliver promotional plans in line with Promotion Policy & Timetable

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any disciplines, with buying experience within a multi-site retail consumer business
• Experience in key account or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) background is highly preferred
• Business-minded with a passion for retail. Good in planning and possess strategic thinking
• Possess understanding of country and global supply chain processes
• Strong organizing, numerical, negotiation and communication skills. Results and customer-focused with strong commercial awareness
• Computer literate with good command of English and BahasaMalaysia
• Self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure
