Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera (YPPB) is an initiative under (TERAJU) under the Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister’s office. The establishment of this foundation focuses on strengthening Bumiputera capability building through increasing the quality, quantity and relevance of Bumiputera talents inline with the government’s efforts.

Recently in February 2013, the Prime Minister launched a scheme that is opened to all Malaysians, Skim Prihatin Pendidikan 1Malaysia (SPP1M). It is a 'top up' based scheme for the funds or scholarships that are readily in the market that will benefit Malaysian students. This scheme is designed as an additional financial aid for students that are qualified to pursue their studies for Bachelors’ Degree and Master’s Degree in high quality universities locally and abroad.

Job vacancy :

1. Associate Director 

Responsibilities
a. Lead the direction for overall business strategies, including a short and long-term strategic plan.
b. Intergrates a strategic plan across functional organization.
c. Development of programmes based on research.
d. Operationalize and execute programmes.
e. Analysis and evaluation of programme success.

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-Required skill(s): Analytical Analysis, Business Developement, Consulting, Management, Research, Strategic Planning.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Education or equivalent.

Associate, Programme Management
Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Responsibilities:
-Research to aid in development of programmes (framework)
-Development of programmes (based on research)
-Operationalize and execute programmes
-Analysis and evaluation of programme success

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, -Education/Teaching/Training, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, -Others, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
