1. Marketing Clerk (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
- To provide clerical and administrative support with regards to sales & marketing activities within the department.
- To response and issue quotations via phone, fax, email and walk in requests.
- To response and handle incomings calls and enquiries accordingly.
- To provide assistance and support for advertising & promotional activities i.e seminar, trade show etc.
- Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- SPM/STPM or any other equivalent and related qualifications from recognized institutions.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with marketing and sales in service environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with the use of MS Office. Knowledge in Lotus Notes application software will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Interfaces with customers and supports the development of new customers by conducting regular & schedule visits and discussions.
- Proper managing of debtors, COD customers and customers with outstanding balances.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or Engineering disciplines or any other equivalent and related qualifications from recognized institutions.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with marketing and sales in service environment.
- Result-oriented, aggressive in promoting sales, achieving targets and market development.
- Resourceful, committed and keen to develop a long-term career with the Company.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have own transport and willing to travel.
