HR Executive (Payroll)

Kuala Lumpur - Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience to generate and process monthly payroll.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Review payroll documents and confirm their validity.
• Process Payroll and HR Reports.
• Prepare employment contract and confirmation letters, etc. 
• Perform simple HR and Administration jobs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in UBS Payroll or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Senior Executives specialized in Human Resources, Payroll or equivalent.
• Good Personality, Communication Skills & Human Relation Skills.
• Able to perform Multi-Tasking, Fast learner and the ability to work independently.
