-Plan, design and implement complex management PB Square (marketing, rent, administration and finance).
-Provide strategic planning to make shopping mall become effective and interesting
-Develop strategy planning for all complex operations such as marketing, rental, financial and administration
-Graduate or equivalent related to the management of the shopping complex.
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, -Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource -Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field with at least 5 years of experience in the management shopping complex.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Terengganu.
-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
-Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in designing and implementing marketing programs, and rental and other related.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
-Able to lead and work independently.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
