ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks;
- To ensure all office equipment are in good working conditions;
- Arranging both in-house and external events;
- Assist HR department to arranging interview schedule;
- Update addition and deletion staff process to related agency on timely manner;
- To provide 100% accuracy of staff leave report on every 2nd of the following month;
- To maintain office key record;
- To keep track reports on staff attendance and provide 100% of staff attendance daily / monthly report on every 1st day of the following month;
- To keep track record on company assets;
- Any other related tasks as assigned from time to time;
- To administer the administrative functions for the maintenance office efficiently and effectively, which include but not limited to: - monitor and administer the attendances, punctuality, leaves and employee welfare; - data entry and maintaining proper filing system. - administering, coordinating and ensuring smooth functioning of office equipment; - other tasks/ duties as and when required by superiors; - general typing and filing documents; - processing staff’s monthly claims; - issuing and control of office equipment and furniture records; - recording minutes of meeting;
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Degree in Administration/ Public Admin/ Business Administration/ Human Resource;
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office;
- Pleasant, courteous and presentable appearance with cheerful dispositions and good telephone etiquette;
- Organized, knowledgeable, innovative and analytical individual to provide professional services;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English;
