The incumbent is responsible to develop, conduct and implement training on Training Needs Analysis (TNA). The incumbent is also responsible to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the implementation of Annual Training Plans among the participating SMEs in the services and manufacturing sectors.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Development or related discipline.
At least 2 years working experience and have proven experience in TNA and event management. Those with HR experience will have distinct advantage.
Must be resourceful, possess a high level of commitment, willing to travel and be able to multi-task as well as cope with tight work schedules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Possess strong command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Competent in computer.
