Tune Hotels, founded by Tan Sri Tony Fernandes, is a Malaysian hotel chain offering great value at great savings globally and have so far served over 2 million guests since we began in 2007. We are looking for dynamic team player(s) for the following position to implement Tune Hotels’ aggressive expansion plans:

GUEST SERVICES EXECUTIVE
Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Selangor

The Guest Services Executive position contributes to Tune Hotels success by providing Tune Experience and Tune Service to all guests both in person and through telephone calls.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the mission, values and culture of Tune Hotels.
2. Maintains a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area.
3. Applies and demonstrates all GSE skills and competencies.
4. Delivers consistent Tune Experience and Tune Service to all guests at all times.
5. Communicates and describes the limited service concept accurately and consistently.
6. Makes daily reservation count for arrivals and departures.
7. Register all incoming guests, making sure all pertinent information is obtained, identification checked, confirmation sheet is printed and signed by guest.
8. Process add-ons and payments accurately.
9. Supervise the housekeeping team and perform room quality checks.
10. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
11. Anticipates guests and hotel needs by constantly evaluating the hotel environment and guests for cues.
12. Prepares and document accurate shift and daily reports
13. Maintains a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
14. Fulfills any function in the hotel and multi-task as required.
15. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments.
16. Provides coaching to newly-joined employees as required.
17. Adheres to all company standards, procedures and guidelines.

Prerequisite:

• Candidate should have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision
• Honest, reliable, efficient and professional at all times.
• Fun, friendly and humble with a cheerful attitude.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Education:

• SPM / Diploma in any field.

Location:

• KL, LCCT, Penang, Danga Bay
