Human Resource Executive (Training)
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Plan and develop programs for talent pool candidate and successor plan
To have in place a Knowledge Based Management System, and execute mentoring/ shadow program
Identify training and development needs within the organisation through Training Needs Analysis and develop a list of training to be conducted in current year
Monitor and review staff progress through discussion and various other effective means
Implement HR Strategies and human capital management
Assume the role of Corporate Executive representative

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in related position
Able to communicate well with all levels of people
