Responsibilities:
Handling or assisting in the General Administrative duties assigned as follows:
Data entry work
Sales processing and registration of vehicles
Collections and issuance of official receipts
Vehicle stock verification, control & reconciliation
Finance/ Accounting matters
Hire Purchase & Insurance matters
Banking matters
Documents filing & submissions
Attending to customer’s enquiries and phone calls
Assist in preparing reports and analysis
Other ad hoc functions assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a STPM or Diploma / Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferably at least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply
Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with enthusiastic personality and in a fast paced environment.
Candidates should be Malaysian citizens
Computer literate
