The latest store was opened in Bukit Minyak, Penang on 28^th September 2011. Regional Manager - Human Resource
Selangor - Head Office, Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:

MISSION

• To provide Human Resources services and consultancies to store associates and to effectively manage the HR administration.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• To act as resource person and be the eyes and ears for associates on any issues and to feedback to Store Director.
• Conduct primary investigation on staff misconduct and to prepare investigation report for management’s evaluation.
• Taking care of OKU associates.
• To counsel associates on work related issues.

ORGANIZATION EFFICIENCY

• Manpower is fully met in the most timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all recruitments are effectively done.
• To maintain and update employee records.
• To update leave records, MC and absent into the system and to take necessary actions where required.
• To ensure all disciplinary cases reported and updated.
• To liaise with Division Managers on on-the-job training plan and to update training records.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

• To identify training analysis for the team and as well as self-development.
• Ensure team's development plan is executed within the year in liaison with Talent Management & Development department.
• To evaluate training feedback with team members.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

• Maintain HR cost on ordering of uniforms, equipment and labor cost.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or in any relevant discipline.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable candidates who has working experience as generalist of HR.
• Familiar with the best practices of HR and update new ideas to enhance people and process.
• Possess high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in handling recruitment & selection will be an added advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken for both English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Willing to be relocated within stores in Malaysia.
