Senior Executive- Procurement & Logistic
Kuala Lumpur - Bangsar

Responsibilities:

• To assist in all procurement and logistic functions of the company
• Plan and organise procurement and logistic operations of the company
• Ensure that all procurement and logistic activities are perform in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Preparation and monitoring the delivery status report for management to review.
• Preparation and monitoring on inventory planning and stock report.
• Understand the process of procurement logistic and warehouse operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline oriented environment is essential
• To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time other than the above.

Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in engineering , business mgmt. , logistics / procurement or equivalent
• Dynamic, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effective with all levels.
• Independent yet able to contribute as a good team player.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office application and computer literate, pertaining to the process of procurement.
• 3 ~ 5 years’ relevant working experiences in procurement / Logistic.
• Preferably executive / senior executive, specializing in Purchasing / inventory / Material and warehouse and equivalent.
