Sales Supervisor
Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• To monitor Sales Representative daily sales and collection.
• To meet distribution and strike rate target as per guidelines.
• To handle collection as per agreed term, minimize trade write off and follow up delivery.
• To effective implement promotion plan as per marketing strategy and keep proper records.
• To build up good rapport with outlets.
• To keep daily sales update of Company's call/route cards.
• To review sales performance of past weeks to ensure weekly target is achieved.
• To review the distributor's stock order.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in FMCG company.
• Ability to negotiate,lead and work under challenging working environment.
• Highly motivated and a team player.
• Computer literate
• Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
