1. HEAD, LICENSING AND TARIFF DIVISION

Responsibilities

-The position reports directly to the Executive Director, Economic and Social Department and will be responsible to review business plans submitted by the water services operators, review and propose to the -Commission a reasonable tariff and charges for the industry and monitor the issuance of licenses and permits to the water and sewerage players.

Requirements

-Bachelor degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification;
-Minimum of ten (10) years working experience including five (5) years in management role;
-A strong leader and highly motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure with accuracy and commitment;
-Highly analytical and able to work with a high degree of independence and initiative;
-Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

1. DATA AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Selangor - Cyberjaya

Responsibilities
-The position reports to the Head of Data and Information Management Division and will be responsible to --perform data collection and data analysis on water industry. Also involve in day to day Information System -support, troubleshooting and generate reports to the management.

Requirements
-A degree in Information System / Business Studies or related fields;
-Minimum of 3 years working experiences in data analysis and information system (system administrator);
-Preferably with Data Analysis dan Data Warehousing experience with strong analytical skills;
-Proficient in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

2. ADMIN ASSISTANT (Southern Region) 
Johor - Johor Bahru

Responsibilities
-The position will provide day to day administrative and clerical support to the respective region which include documents and stationeries controlling, filing and other general administration tasks.

Requirements
-SPM or equivalent;
-Minimun 2-3 year(s) of working experience in clerical or administrative support functions;
-Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications;
-A good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, both spoken and written;
-A self starter and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible to plan, develop and implement SPAN's overall communication programs which include public awareness and event management, publications and dissemination of information, media relations, crisis management and internal communications.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
• Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in corporate communications, preferably in the utilities industry with five (5) years in management role.
• Able to plan and execute communications and public relations program and have good working relations with the media.
• Results-oriented with excellent planning and organisational ability.
• Vibrant personality with a natural flair for interacting with people at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
