Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage the Finance Department
- Handle full set of accounts & accounting functions to ensure accuracy & compliance with current accounting practices & principles
- Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts, management reports, forecasts, and good budgetary controls
Requirements:
- Professionally qualified Accountant (ACCA/CPA) registered with MIA
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in major shopping complexes and high-rise buildings
- Strong analytical skill and meticulous
- Independent and possess high degree of self-motivation, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess good oral & written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Preparing group consolidations on quarterly basis.
- Review audit draft, tax computation, tax analysis and finalizing of audited financial statements.
- Coordinate and handle external auditors, tax agent and related authorised party.
- To ensure all the reports and general ledgers are accurate and complete on time.
- Involve in any adhoc projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, ACCA, CPA or CIMA holders.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous and result oriented
- Ability to analyse and build financial reports by using Ms Excel.
