A Management Corporation in a Condominium located in Pandan Perdana.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR / ASISTANT BUILDING MANAGER

Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

To assist the Condominium Manager
to lead & supervising and monitoring a team of workers to ensure the building are well upkeep;
to ensure the smooth operation of building services i.e security services, cleaning , M&E system, landscaping etc.
to monitor the performance of service providers and contractor in building maintenance and services
to liaise with residents in handling of thier complaints

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate
Required skill(s): Building repair and maintenance.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Supervisor /Asistant Manager specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Building/Facilities) or equivalent.
